Cancellation & Refund :

  • Company will take final confirmation through telephone call/Whatsapp for dispatch of given order from the customer before shipping.

  • Company will offer 7 Days return policy in case of Damaged product. Customer has to send the picture of damaged product for getting refund.

  • There is no refund & Return once customer receive the product in good condition.

  • Customer can call or whatsapp to given number for cancellation of order. Once order get cancelled, the refund process will start. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect the refund amount in customer’s account.

  • Company has full authority accept / cancel the order in case of non-availability of product / failure transactions / incorrect address.

Shipping Policy :

  • Free Shipping across India. 

  • The minimum number of days to ship an order is 7 business days and a maximum of 15 business days. Any variation /delay may be due to delay in confirmation of Order, availability of material, Distance from shipping Point (Hyderabad), and service provider.

  • Shipping will be done after confirmation of the order through the different service providers. Shipping will be done through Indian Post for Rural areas and Private service providers in Urban Areas.

  • The company will take an alternate address of delivery in case of the address is out of coverage of the service provider.
